Join us on November 14, 2020 in Dixon, MO for the first annual BAD DAWG Ultra Endurance Run.
This no-frills 100/50/50k and 12 mile race is the perfect event for those people who love running for a purpose. And the purpose of this run is to provide a new pair of shoes to every Elementary student in the Dixon school district. This out-and-back (mostly gravel) course will give you some rolling hills and country views. This is a great race for those first-time ultra runners and also for those wanting shorter distances (check out our relay options). This is an event put on by ultrarunners for ultrarunners. Seriously, several of us wanted to train for an ultra that we knew wouldn't be canceled! And we wanted to make our miles matter!! So this is what we ended up with. A race that co-founder Jay Tiegs says will make 2020 suck a little less! There will overall male/female finisher awards. 100 Mile Finishers will receive a custom belt buckle and bumper sticker! 50 Mile Finishers will receive a custom medal and bumper sticker! 50k finishers will receive a custom medal and bumper sticker! All 12 mile runners will receive a one-of-a-kind medal and all 12 mile ruckers will receive a one-of-a-kind patch!
